Chef Wilizé Maléombho

Wilizé Maléombho received her B.A in Behavioral Neuroscience with an orientation in human nutrition at Northeastern University (Boston, MA). She then pursued a Master in Nutrition Therapy at Bridgeport university. Shortly after her undergraduate studies, she started training and studying the culinary arts at various restaurants, health food institutions and weight loss clinics. With an awareness that most people will not give up taste for health, she researched these environments with the intention of better understanding the different ways to prepare both nutritious and delicious foods.

She utilizes her strong background in both the sciences and the culinary arts to lead her wellness programs, personal plans, seminars and retreats. After working with over 1000 clients, Wilize hopes that her work will help people obtain a better sense of health both mentally and physically.
